It’s a Bank Holiday Monday in the UK, and the weather is… half-decent.
I spent the week on the south coast, in a much-needed break from work. Not long until the next one either…
Ultramarathon long runs are continuing to increase in volume, though yesterday’s run had me feeling heavy from the off. Definitely cool to run to places I’ve visited by bike or car previously. Next weekend has back-to-back long runs: I shall be feasting this week.
I caught up with some films on my Watchlist: Backrooms and Project Hail Mary are very different but both better than I thought they would be. Didn’t think someone would be cutting onions while I was watching PHM, mind!
